Reservations constitute firm orders.
Daily room occupency is from noon to noon.
Reservations are held until 6:00 PM.
If you need to arrive after 6:00 PM, your reservation will be guaranteed in all of the following cases:
- you have authorised the hotel to debit your bank account through your credit card, which number you have given us,
- you are an Accor Hotels Favorite Guest Cardholder, the number of which card you have given us,
- you have paid a deposit or pre-paid you bill,
- you have previously specified your arrival time and address in writing (letter, fax, email),
- your travel agency has guaranteed your reservation with Credit Card.
If your reservation is guaranteed, your room will remain reserved after 6:00 PM, regardless of your arrival time. The reservation will be held until noon of the following day.
Il you really cannot come, you must inform not later than the forecast day of your arrival, the hotel concerned before 06:00 PM
Any guaranteed reservation, which has not been cancelled before 06:00 PM, will result in the client being billed the room rate for the first night.
Arrivals without a reservation: you may be asked for a credit card imprint or an advance payment.
Family policy: Accommodation and buffet breakfast taken with the family are free for two children under 16 sharing their parents? room.
Pets are welcome: they are accepted in our hotel for an extra charge
Payment cards: The Accor American Express Compliment card and all major credit cards are accepted.
